On Nov.16,2011,Sino Packaging Mould Co has successfully tested a 24 cavities tooth paste cap mould,this is the 3rd tooth paste flip top cap mold which SINOPK has made,SINOPK is planing to offer tooth paste flip top closure molds making and cap molding service to the market.
From Nov. 12, 2011, SINOPK started the 24 cavities tooth paste cap mould mass production simulation, until Nov. 16, 2011, totally around 100 hours continues high speed running, the result is that this tooth paste cap mould is very successful made. On Nov. 15th, 2011, after the first trial, Sino Mould had shipped the container mould for plant to the United States America. it was only took 30days to build such a complex mould. The product thickness is only 0.7mm, and the bottom is hollowed with holes. The most difficult matter is to avoide flash edge at the bottom. We did it! We are succeed for the first trial.
The customer was extremely satisfied with our mould and the delvery time, and also satisfied with our hospitality service.

The product has good sealing. There is no leaking problem. The mould has good cooling system to cool the product properly. The hot runner system is arranged regularly with proper electric heating device. The product can be demoulded automatically with balance ejection, proper stroke switch controller of oil cylinder and proper connection. All the parting line and surface are complied with our design requirements.
2: The product produced by sino mould reached customer's requirement. It has good parting line which shows the mould has good fitting on each insert. And also the wall thickness of product is same in each part. There is no mould shift problem. Meanwhile, the surface and strength are all satisfied. Lines, shrinking marks, flecks, deformation and so on are not existed on the products.
3: All processes go through according to the planed schedule, and the mould is finished 10 days ahead of time successfully.
