There are some references we should take into consideration when talk about mold cooling system.
1)Caliber and interval of cooling tube.If the caliber of cooling sysytem is 1,then the maximum interval between tubes can be 5.If the thickness is too thick,the interval should be reduce.
2)In order to keep temperature uniformity,the cooling water should enter mold from high temperature part,then exit from low temperature part.
3)Cooling tube should set along the outline of forming space as far as possible to assure the mold temperature uniform distribution.
4)Stagnation cannot be allowed during the cooling water flowing,or it will influence mold cooling effect.
