The fresh keeping container mould which having diferent shape with many caivties but in one mould from Sino is checked and accepted with good quality by customers. The Performance of mould in all respects is very outstanding. And our customer's appreciative comments expressed in flowing parts:
1: Sino sent qualified tryout samples to customer only after 1mould testing, which reflects Sino has very mature experience in making this kind design of container. The mould stripper is running stably. All action of it is very smooth, having no sticking and deformation. The runner is arranged reasonably which can make the whole product filled completely. The product has good sealing. There is no leaking problem. The mould has good cooling system to cool the product properly. The hot runner system is arranged regularly with proper electric heating device. The product can be demoulded automatically with balance ejection, proper stroke switch controller of oil cylinder and proper connection. All the parting line and surface are complied with our design requirements.
2: The product produced by sino mould reached customer's requirement. It has good parting line which shows the mould has good fitting on each insert. And also the wall thickness of product is same in each part. There is no mould shift problem. Meanwhile, the surface and strength are all satisfied. Lines, shrinking marks, flecks, deformation and so on are not existed on the products.
3: All processes go through according to the planed schedule, and the mould is finished 10 days ahead of time successfully.
The fresh keeping container mould from Sino has reasonable structure, stable performance and good quality which are all meet customer's requirements.
