PVC Pipe Fitting producing, the points we should attention in product and mould designs,machining qualities and PVC molding technologies.:
1.The production should not have any closed angle or mutation, little change to the thickness, in case PVC to be drop.
2.Mould should have more than 10 draft angle, obligate for 0.5% shrinkage.
3.The points for runner design of mould:
a.The injection port of mould should be large than shot mouth, and the diameter is large than main runner, which makes for PVC material flow into the cavity without detention and balance the pressure.
b.Try to use jiejie gate, prevent the slag flowing into the product, dropping the temperature. And it is easy to be mold.
c.The gate should be design on the most thick place, with wide enough, the length is 6-8mm at best,making PVC material flows smoothly.
4.Mould should design with cooling control system, the mould temperature under 30℃-60℃is better.
5.The surface of mould should keep bright and clean. Chromium plating in case of corrosion.
