The processing of Blowing Mould
The process flow of PET blowing bottle:
1. PET preform
First, the PET section should be eject into PET preform, which requires the ratio of second recycling material is lower than 5%, and molecular weight and viscosity can’t too low.
2. Heat
The heat of PET perform is finished by heat oven, and the temperature is setting by manual and control automatic, the oven taking the radiant heating by the sign of far infrared from tube, making hot cycle by fan in the bottom of oven, keep the temperature uniformity.
3. Preblow
The press on preblow is changing by the dimension of bottle and capacity of equipment. Actually, the press is low in high capacity; press should be high with high capacity of equipment.
4. Auxiliary engine
Generally speaking, the body of bottle should be high, but the bottom is low. For cooling bottle, the cooling effect is depend on the degree of molecular orientation, 5-8℃ is better. While, the temperature in hot bottle needs high.
5. Environment
Room temperature and low humidity is suitable for PET perform.
