PVC injection molding
The plastic PVC has the merits of the plastics. The thermal stability is poor. When the temperature is too high or the shear stress of the screw is too big,PVC is easily decomposed as the thermosensitive property .For reason given above, the PVC material plasticizing temperature in the barrel is 165~190℃.The nozzle temperature should be between 170~180℃.Different diameter of the screws have the different screw speed .
Diameter <60mm,speed is 50-70rpm.
Diameter>70mm,speed is 20-50rpm.
All of these are the most suitable parameters to avoid the big shear stress ,and the PVC decomposing.The decomposed PVC will release corrosive acids HD,corroding the screw and the barrel's inwall .
The retention time should be limited to 5 minutes specially when the temperature is 2100℃.
The stress on the screw usually is 5bar,although the increased stress is helpful to the venting and color mixing,the stress is as small as possible .
What's more,The barrel's thoroughly cleaning is important,because of the lower thermal stability.Some plastic with the high thermal stability and no chemical bond with PVC,such as LDPE, PP ,PMMA.If the PVC is mixed with the U-PVC and POMT,there will be fierce chemical bond and the barrel will be damaged heavily.

Fruit cart has very big market since people need fruit everyday, here I would like to take the 265*185*160mm and 290*220*210mm cart and cover for example, here is some questions and answers for you if you want invest this project.
what are the dimensions of the machine? (lenght width, height ...etc in meter ) so we can decide the size of the factory needed DKM380 dimension (L*W*H) is 7.2*1.8*2.5m, DKM 500 (L*W*H) is 8.1*2*2.8m
- does the factory that will accommodate this machine need any specific standers ie. what is the voltage power it needs, does it need hot/cool water supplies, does the machine need a specific atmosphere temperature to work in (Kuwait is a very hot country sometimes the degree recharges 60 C, would this affect the machine? does the machine need to be in an air conditioned atmosphere ...etc
Regarding the voltage power, you just need to tell us your power information, our engineer can make the machine based on your power.
For the aotomosphere, as Kuwait is a hot countty, so we suggest to buy a water chiller to cool down the water temperature. Because when the temperature reached 55 C, the machine will give out a warning signal.
The machine no need to work in air conditioned aotomosphere, but as your country is hot, you can consider to install a industrial fan.
does the machine need any specific sub-parts that need to be attached to the main machine to make it work? if yes what are these sub-parts? do they come with the machine itself when we buy it from you or we have to oredr them separate? In order to reduce your labour cost, you can buy the auto loader to load the raw material to the machine automatically, water chiller (to cooling down the water temperature) and crusher (to crush the waste product and recyle the material), dryer (to dry the raw material before injection).
