CDMIA Credit Evaluation Rigorous Review Across Five Major Dimensions

The AAA level requires an enterprise credit index of 80 or above (out of 100), interpreted as “very high credit index, fully trustworthy when granting credit.” Enterprises must possess conditions such as “sound and effective internal management systems, good operational status; very strong performance capability, very strong profitability, very strong solvency; stable business status, not easily affected by external or uncertain factors.” The evaluation follows the procedure of “application — review — preliminary evaluation — on-site verification — expert argumentation — public announcement — final review — certificate issuance — re-evaluation,” with preliminary evaluation by the Credit Evaluation Office and final review and argumentation by the Credit Evaluation Expert Committee, with the certificate granted after final public announcement without objection. The AAA-rated enterprises announced by CDMIA include dozens of industry benchmark enterprises such as Zhejiang Saihao Industrial Co., Ltd., Xiangxin Technology Co., Ltd., Ningbo Heli Technology Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Silver Basis Technology Co., Ltd., and Zhejiang Kaihua Mould Co., Ltd.
