Sale Engineering department

This avoids the translator job which delay your time and communicate of mould making and technical discussion.
Logical Quotation Department
Engineers are specialized in various project, such as automotive mould making, home appliance mould making, packaging mould and so on. Internal breakdown list for each section and SINO has quotation and specification data for detailed projects.
R&D and design feasibilityanalysis departments
SINOMOULD design department 3D & 2D design department for mould and plastic parts develop. We offer prototype, R&D design service, Mouldflow analysis and design feasibility analysis. Due to strong mould design team, we make in short time professional and correct mould successfully.
Mould Machining departments
Machining department has more than 50 staffs, due to SINOMOULD huge mould making capacity that annually deliver 1000+ sets of moulds. SINOMOULD invested European equipment with 3 shifts.
QC Department
QC department controlled all the mould making components, such like purchased mould components dimension, machining mould components dimensions, moulded plastic samples dimensions. No any error parts can be flow into the next step.
Project Managing department
Project managing department who execute tooling standard, following project, report mould making status to sales engineer department, is one of the very important mould making management department.
Mould assembling departments
SINOMOULD has more than 30 mould assembling teams, more than 220 staffs. Following strictly the good mould design, good quality mould machining finishing, we carefully assembling all the mould components correctly. No hand work allowed in the process.
Mould mass productionsimulation departmen
Sino has our own high standard injection moulding machine plant, 50sets of machines range from 100T upto 4000ton are used for mould mass production simulation. This is additional QC department, which follow SINO standard to make high speed, high pressure, use full condition of chilling water or mould temperature controller to do high speed mass production simulation. Only when the situation is completely same as your future moulding condition, you can be confidence of your deal will be fully win.
