District Government Quality Award Rigorous Review Across Nine Major Stages

The Huangyan District Government Quality Award is reviewed once a year, with no more than 5 awards each time. The evaluation is conducted in accordance with the national standards GB/T 19580 “Criteria for Performance Excellence” and GB/Z 19579 “Guidelines for Implementing Criteria for Performance Excellence,” covering seven major modules: leadership, strategy, customers and markets, resources, process management, measurement analysis and improvement, and results. The review procedure is strict and standardized, including nine stages: issuing notices, application recommendation, qualification review, document review, on-site review, comprehensive evaluation, review voting, preliminary selection public announcement, and final approval announcement.
