we have designed the optimal cooling system and venting system.because we adopt the PP transparent to produce the thinwall food container box which can easily find the defect on the surface,we add the copper beryllium on the top of core and the edge of cavity to increase cooling to ensure smoothly demould.As the high pressure during thinwall high speed injection moulding ,we adopt harder hardness mould steel,like DIN.2344 H13 and stavax s420.Before assembling,we will process by CNC and lathe after the rough treating and heat treating of mould steel to increase the steel's strength.
