The cause of mould rust：
1. Plastic remains on the mold surface, which will cause the mold rust. The most common corrosion of molds by gas and residue from material decomposition. Chrome plating can be applied to the shallow part of the mold cavity, but it cannot fully solve the problem of rust in the deeper part.
2. Mould is damp. Moisture in the air produces water droplets on the surface of the mold and rust occurs.
3. The operator's hand sweat remains during use.
Mold rust solution：
Short-term:
Wipe the surface of the cavity with a cloth.
Fully dry the material and lower the barrel temperature to prevent the material from decomposing.
When the mold is not in use temporarily, spray anti-rust agent on the mold cavity, and then close the mold.
Long-term:
Because the decomposition product has a corrosive effect on the mold, the mold should be chrome-plated if the raw material cannot be changed.
When the mold is not used for a long time, apply butter to the outside of the mold and the movable parts.
