  1. Optical Mirror Precision: The core and cavity are made of S136 steel with grade-8 mirror polishing under dust-free environment, eliminating tool marks, spark lines and pitting. The dimensional tolerance is ≤0.005mm with smooth transition of cup body, stem and base, ensuring ultra-high light transmittance and zero visual defects.
  2. Balanced Cooling System: Adopting conformal surrounding cooling channels and independent zoned temperature control for the thin cup wall and slender cup stem, it effectively prevents warping, shrinkage, stem bending and cup mouth deformation, shortens molding cycle and improves mass production stability.
  3. Hot Runner Balance Quality: Symmetrical multi-cavity runner layout ensures uniform melt flow and precise temperature control, avoiding gate stringing, flow marks and color difference. It guarantees extremely high consistency in weight, transparency and size of goblets in each cavity.
  4. Precision Venting and Sealing: High-precision ground parting surfaces with uniform shallow vent slots at the cup mouth and stem end eliminate common defects such as gas marks, burning and material shortage on transparent products. Key Points in Goblet Mould Manufacturing

  1. Optical Precision Component Machining: The core and cavity are made of high-quality S136 mould steel, processed through multiple procedures including rough grinding, finish grinding, progressive sandpaper refinement and diamond mirror polishing. Strict tolerances are controlled for cup body curved surface, stem coaxiality and base flatness. Conformal spiral cooling channels are processed according to the special-shaped curved structure of goblets to perfectly fit the molding surface and completely solve the problems of deformation, shrinkage and uneven light transmission of transparent products.
  2. Precise Machining of Runner, Sealing and Venting: The symmetrical integrated machining process for multi-cavity runners ensures balanced melt flow velocity and pressure in each cavity, avoiding color difference and dimensional deviation of batch products. The parting surface is leveled by high-precision grinding, and micro shallow vent slots are arranged at the melt end with accurately controlled sealing gaps, eliminating flash, gas marks and gate defects to ensure a fully transparent and flawless product surface.
  3. Ejection Assembly and Overall Commissioning: Ejector pins and sleeves are precisely fitted and surface polished to prevent scratching the transparent cup body during demolding. All mould parts undergo standardized deburring and anti-rust treatment with strict assembly precision control. After assembly, multiple mould trials are carried out on DKM FE full-electric injection molding machines to calibrate multi-cavity molding consistency and optimize injection parameters, ensuring the mould is ready for direct high-speed and stable mass production.
