SINO MOULD sucessfully completed the tissue box mould manufacturing,and tested with good quality product.This tissue box mould is one order from our old customer,who ha cooperated with our company for ten years.
This tissue box mould includes four parts, tissue box cover mould,tissue box bottom mould, tissue box top samll part mould, tissue box middle partition mould.
This four parts demand high assembly effect, every tissue box parts should assembly together very well. The material of tissue box cover is PC, so the polishing efeect is also cery important, the tissue box cover should be very transparent.
The tissue box bottom mould is much different than other three moulds in its tooling process.There are many small holes and gaps which is easliy have some flashes under inproper tooling. Below photo is the sample of this tissue box mould, as you could see, the tissue box bottom holea and gaps are very beautiful. Also the tissue box mould cover is very transparent and the texture is also very even.
This mould we use only 40 days, and customer is very satisfy with the tissue box mould quality and fast delivery time.
