When we deliver molds to clients, normally we chose to keep the molds in container, and deliver it by sea. If we haven’t good way to protect the molds, it is very easy to damage the molds in a wet container.
Why the container is so wet?
The container is a closed environment. The inside temperature is up to 40℃—70℃ ,the humidity around 65% in the sun .In night , The temperature lows down to 20℃-30℃ ,meanwhile the humidity reach 100% .The more vapor will be condensed into liquid , which attached to the wall of container and exterior of products .People called it "fog rain of container " which make product wet ,mold spotted and rusty.

1.The loading port or passing sea area is all high temperature and humidity area .
2.The packing wrapper has much moisture, such as carton, wooden box and wood card board.
3.The product has much moisture, which released into container easily, so the humidity increased.
