how to select suitable injection machine for plastic mould? usually , we should consider following aspects:

1. Select right injection molding machine type for mould, according to your product plastic material, if PVC, you will choose PVC special purpose machine, if PET, you will choose PET special purpose machine etc…

2. Check the distance between the tie bar of injection machine: the mould can be put in the injection molding machine.

3. Check the Min&Max mould height of injection machine, we must confirm the samples should be taken out easily.

4. Check the clamping force of of injection machine, the clamping force should be enough, when we choose the clamping force we must ensure that the injection molding machine should provide enough force for clamping mould.

5. Check the injection weight volume of of injection machine,the injection weight should be enough. we can choose injection weight depends on weight of samples and cavities.
