And it will be replaced by LCD TV mould with novel appearance, slim volume, highgrade Visual perception.But the surface quality of front shell will directly influence the class of LCD TV. Thus, it is especially important for LCD TV that how to produce eligible front shell.
The front shell of TV produced by Traditional TV mould is hard to remove many defects such as weld mark of surface and lack of surface finish which will lead to lose beautiful effect. Therefore, the front shell still need to secondary surface processing by spraying light oil which will cause enormous waste for the manufacturing cycle and cost of TV. In order to solve this phenomenon as well as making well preparation for TV upgrade. This article especially makes a deep study for the application of high light mould technology. The temperature of high light mould is controlled by die heater. Hot runner, electromagnetic valve and time relay control plastic in different periods. Then produce highend product with bright appearance, no shrinkage, no welding mark. High light mould generally have the following characteristics:
The molding temperature of the mold is a litter higher. (Usually between 80 and 90 degrees. Under higher mold temperature, packing molding is beneficial to remove welding mark, flow mark, the internal stress of products and so on. Thus, the mold need heat treatment in order to keep heat. And generally, resin insulation board will be added on the female mold side.
The surface of cavity is extremely bright (It is usually as mirror level 2 or more). The products produced by high light mould can be used to install without any surface treatment. Thus, high light mould has high requirements for die steels and plastic materials.
Hot runner system has many thermal nozzle. ( It general for 6 ~ 8 nozzles, sometimes more). Every nozzles must be with sealing needle as well as an independent airway. It can be separately controlled by electromagnetic valve and time relay, then realize the purpose of controlling and even eliminate welding mark.
