Today, I gonna have a simple introduction of our folding chair mould. It is one of the popular design.
We take below folding chair type for an example, this kind plastic folding chair is widely used in outdoor entertainment place, like water park, beach, private pool etc.
Usually the folding chair will include six parts, front chair foot, back chair foot, chair back, chair seat, left and right chair handrail.
All parts could be connected without any metal parts, the chair weight will be much decreased. We only need to make 3 chair moulds actually, chair back and chair seat could make in one mould, chair front and back foot could make as stacking mould, leaf and right handrail make in one mould.
