Before manufacturing the production, the first step is to install the molds on the machines. The following is the way to install the molds:
1.Checking Clamping Plate Size & Tool Thickness under Tool-closing & IMM Conditions.
2.According IMM Tech-data, finishing installation of tool, then quick setup of clamp required or fixation manually.
3.Connecting cooling,heating,electric & Hydraulic System under tool drawings, then checking & ensuring all pipes and wires on safe & proper conditions.
4.Opening cooling tap first, then starting heating system according H.R .Instruction. (for sequential valve Runner, 15 minutes cooling band required at least.)
5.Disassembling all Counter-locks.
6.Setting IMM Parameter as ATTACH 1st, then opening tool under Tool Running Sequence when reasonable VALUE on steady production level.
7.Cleanness: cleanout of antirust with soft-cloth & assisted cleanliness liquid (pure and W/O chemical molecule)
8.Before production, tentative and repeated testing in Tool Movements is necessary, and attention to Injecting Gate, Slider/core pulls, Lifter & Ejection System running is necessary & serious,
9.Pre-production must ensure non-dust in mold & w/o injected plastic liquid or blocks affixing Gate.
10.the amount of dosage should increase by degrees.
11Reasonable adjustment of Parameter & relevant equipments are allowed according to actual products and IMM Function.
12. Confirming Injection Parameter when reach on relative steady-running, then operating tool under Semi-automatic or Automatic. The above is the way to install the molds.
