Referring to the professional unscrewing solution of the cap mould , There is the fully automatic unscrewing solution for deep screw in the cap mould .The power source of the thread demoulding:mold opening force、ejector force、motor driven devices.
Mold opening force：The rack gear in the cap mould makes the wheel gear spin,then drive the thread cores of the cap mould rotate and mobile.
Ejector force:The rotating spiral pole drive the thread core rotate by the gear in the cap mould.The plastic part can't be rotated by the thread core,it is demoulded by moving.
Motor driven devices:Motor drive screw operation,and then the screw and the gear drive the thread core operation.Under the function of the spring and the spline in the capmould ,the plastic part can't be rotated by the thread core,it is demoulded by moving.
The maximum multi-cavities of cap mould is 120 cavities, which can save the time to enhance the economic performance.
