1.Injection gate: Cold runner orhot runner system, two types as client need. Compare to cold runner, hot runnersystem is better for saving material and could cut the injection gate automatically.

2.Ejection way: we designstripper for syringe gasket mold because this could ensure syringe gasketdemolding automatically.

3.Syringe gasket tool steel: wechose S136 Stavax with HRC 45-52 from ASSAB which will guarantee mold life 1M.If client has good maintenance for mold, the mold life will prolong. And if theinsert weight over 10kg, we will use H13, with HRC 42-45. What’s more, thismaterial has rust protection function. As we know, rust protection is veryimportant for syringe gasket molds. In order to achieve this, we will make themold plate electroplating or other processing.
