Compared to traditional processing technologies, rapid prototype manufacturing has below advantages:

1) It is a kind of digital data manufacturing,
   equipment can automatic finish product processing without mould.
2) More flexibility, any complex product part can be finished
3) Only need your drawing design,
   no worry about follow-up processing or final treatment
4) Highly automatic but simple operating
5) Save invest cost of mould, labor cost

However, rapid prototyping is not suitable for plastic parts’ long time manufacturing. Usually by this way, product will have rough surface; and it takes too long cycle time to have one part. Rapid prototyping manufacturing is more suitable for new product market survey, or for the part fitting.
