Plastic Injection Molding Machines.
Because plastic furniture normally is chair, table, stool, when we choose the injection molding machine, normally we need more quantity of big machines while only 1 or 2 sets of small tonnage of injection molding machine. For example, a large size of chair with armrest, normally we need 780TON to 1000TON machine. If the chair without armrest, normally we can use 650TON to produce it. Baby chair, we can use 450TON to 500TON injection machine to produce. For the table, for example, normal round table diameter is around 900mm, square table is 900x900mm, due to the molding service is big, we have to choose a bigger tonnage injection machine, such like 1600TON. While for the table legs or cross, you can use 500TON to 780Ton, this is based on the legs or cross design. For the stool, normally we can use 380Ton injection molding machines, but this is based on you need a special mold design, otherwise, you have to use 500TON machine to produce a stool with 550mm height. If your mold was specially designed, then you can use 380TON to produce such a stool. This kind of production save electricity power, machine size... To sum up, to produce chair, table and stool, we need the machine ranges: 188TON, 380TON, 450TON-500TON, 650TON, 780TON, 1080TON, 1600TON. but 650TON machine can be delete if you are considering the investment amount, we can use a little bigger machine to produce a smaller chair, though there is some wastage.
