We have a lot of experienced in automatic unscrewing ejection system with motor drive system and interchangeable insert solution. For PPR pipe fitting mould, We usually use steel DIN1.2738, the hardness is 33-38 or use Din1.2344,the hardness is HRC48-52 after vacuum heat treatment.
We have CMM inspection delartment, the mould part will do the inspection after tooling.
