Mould cooling system is very important for mould making, a good cooling water system can reduce the mould cycle time, increase mould production efficiency, if the cooling system not good, it will be result in plastic part deformation, and bad mould life etc..

When we design cooling water system of a mould, we will be considering:

1.The cooling water design as more as better, the diameter as big as better, but need considering the mould structure.

2.The distance of cooling water between the water with surface of steel, this distance must suitable, usually the distance around 8-12mm according to plastic parts,

3.The layout for in and out of the cooling water, the cooling water near the need increase cooling, and the difference in temperature between the in and out need as small as better.

4.Cooling water will considering the plastic shrinkage, some has mush shrinkage plastic the cooling will design as near as possible.

5.Cooling water must avoid the place easy have flowing line, because that place has low temperature itself, if make cooling water will be make flowing line more severe.
