2.anneal DIN2344(German),DIN2316(German) H13(America),S136(Sweden),S420(Sweden)Anneal steel: after finished steel rough processing, need to quench or Surface nitriding heat treatment so that to ensure the hardness we need and steel material mechanics performance 。These are stainless, Suitable for corrosion resistant kind of plastic mould，like pipe fitting (PVC),At the same time, steel material also has high mirror polishing, processing toughness properties. Suitable for light and packaging transparent plastic of mold SKD61(Japan),38crMOAL, Also has high strength, suitable for aluminum die mold. This is mold steel.

China Steel（pre-hardening and anneal ）
1 pre-hardening ：SC45# , SC50# ,SC60# P20 718 ,P20(H) 718(H) , when we buy it, they have the own hardness is HRC32-37, we can make it to the mould directly. If the mould need higher hardness, we can also make the steel Surface nitriding heat treatment to improve the steel hardness.（45# steel can not making Surface nitriding heat treatment directly. ）
2．anneal ：China 2316, S136, H13, 3cr13, 4cr13, 38crMOAL and 40cr , need to quench or Surface nitriding heat treatment to ensure to ensure the hardness we need and steel material mechanics performance, different steel need different treatment to processing.
