We make painting bucket moulds with blow tests:
First with good sealing water and good tightness: after the injection sample comes out, after the product cool down, we will check the bucket and lid matching well and make a sealing water testing and see if the it will leak water or no.Make the buckets full of water with some color and keep them and then turnover them on floor, will see whether they are will drip or no.
Secondly must with very high performance: we will let buckets with water to be stacked to about 10 pieces and push down them, and we will see the painting buckets will not damaged and the water will not leaking out. But Whether anti-throw it will according to customer's raw plastic.
