High light steam injection molding technology this is a newly technology for injection molding, it is used for TV cover mould, car parts mould or high mirror polish plastic parts.
During the common injection, if the mould temperature too low, even if it can reduce cycle time, but it easy have joint line and not good surface; and if the mould temperature too high, it will effect plastic part dimensions and delaying cycle time, for High light injection tech will be solve above tow problems, it is use steam boiler bring steam and cooling water, to control mould temperature in suitable time.
High light steam injection process is 1st, before injection by steam to increase mould temperature over than plastic melt, 2nd, injection plastic, it will be improving surface quality and without parting line. 3rd, when plastic inject finish, then start cooling, in reduce mould temperature, it will be quicken curing speed for plastic part, to reduce cycle time, reduce deformation rate of plastic parts.
