Now I begin to introduce some information about pipe fitting mould to you. The main raw material of pipe fitting we also use PVC, U-PVC, PPR, PP, PE….and we have more than 10 types of pipe fitting, there are : socket, 90 elbow, Tee, thread, Y type, reducer, bride, cross, valve, union and so on.
Different raw material use different gate system. Like pp also use submarine gate, pvc use side gate, and big pipe fitting use direct gate. And the cycle time of 110mm pipe one cavity is 40-55s, the ejector way also use ejector pin, curing sliding system, unscrewing and lifters.
The steel material of core and cavity is: S420, 2316, 2311
The Tee type also two cavities, diameter 110mm, can use Dakumar PVC 780T injection machine.About the output , we can produce more than 500 piece one year.
