The processing analysis of water cup

Water cup belongs to shell part but does not thin-walled components. Cup is bilateral symmetry and the lateral surface of it is always required smooth, no flashing and the gate without clip trace.

Ejector system

It always adopt straight ejector pin. Ejector pins should be set around the core in order to eject the products effectively and make the products evenly stressed.

Gating system

The mould is always designed with one module and two cavities. So it will be convenient to fill the cavities by direct gate system. Then the molding cycle times of products can be shortened, can be enhanced, and it is also beneficial to trim.

Cooling system

The design of the cooling system should ensure that cores and cavities can be cooled effectively. It is hard to set up cooling system because ejector pins should be set around the cores, and the products need side parting. And it only set up cooling system in the cavities.
