Sino Mold,Chinese leading rubber mold manufacturer,has started a special team for rubber  mold.

Rubber material: thermoplastic Elastomers / Thermoplastic Rubber Compound materials,which uses SBS, SEBS, TPV, TPU  and  TPEE  as  the  base   material.

We use different formulation to fulfill the requirement of different specific applications. Thermoplastic Elastomers have the general properties of vulcanized rubber but there is no need to undergo vulcanization. Thermoplastic elastomers are commonly used to replace traditional vulcanized rubber such as NBR, BR,SBR, etc. As TPE is environmentally-friendly and recyclable, it is also applied in toys and food contacts applications as a replacement of PVC.

Sino rubber mold products: infant products, traditional toys, pet accessories, teether bites, feeders and pet brushes,stationary, sport equipment: aqua products, diving equipments.
