1.Plastic Material :PP+T20 or PP+T40

2.Points of headlamp product:1) many place need assembling 2) there have seal request between holes of adjusting and wire connect holes.

3.Points of Headlamp mold: 1) So Headlamp mold parts need more insert,slider, easy to bring flash 2) good cooling system of Headlamp mold to avoid productdeformation.

4.Steel of headlamp mold we use: Din1.2738, or DIN1.2311
