28mm disc top cap 12 cavity mould

Disc top cap are made of two parts, one is the top of the disc top cap, and one is the body of the disc top cap.

On Dec. 16th, SINO-PK had shipped the top and bottom of disc top cap mould successfully after the first trail, generally the disc top caps are for cosmetics or shampoo, so it will have high requirements on the surface tooling, so it requires perfect polishing of the mould cavity and core.

The most important use for caps is sealing without leak. In order to avoide thedisc top cap leakage during the transportation, we will suggest to add a rib at the back of the disc top cap top part. But the added rib can not close too tight or too loose, so the dimension should be ctrolled very well. Because the disc top cap is used in cosmetics, it is for ladies, if close too tight, it will be very hard for ladies to open, on the other hand, it too loose, the cap will leak.
