nylon 6 (PA6), nylon 66 (PA66), and is a crystalline thermoplastic material; crystalline polymer,
in the injection molding processing, it is rapid cooling so that the material cannot be natural crystalline shape,

so that the material will have a strong inner stress inside. Nylon material without "tempering" process,
after setting macromolecules, its interior will still tend to the natural orientation, the movement of crystallization,
which causes material stress is further exacerbated. Therefore, the nylon pieces have not been boiled step its
brittle when subjected to an external force, it is easy to collapse out or breakage.

The nylon pieces boiled optimum temperature and time:
90-100 ℃ ,2-3 hours.
Below 90 degrees, the effect is not good, more than three hours, there will be no better results. Cost-effective in terms of the above conditions.

1. Product design---Our product designers will check the 3D design send by the customers and analyze if it needs any change in the design. Or the designer will inspect the sample by three coordinate machines.
2. Mould design—when we finish the product design and confirmed by the customers, we will start the mould design, our mould designer will analyse the mould structure, such as parting line and water channel.
3.New mould meeting--As soon as the mould design is finished, we will have a new mould meeting, sales engineer will deliver customers’ requirements to the related engineers. Then they will discuss the key point of the project.
4. Mould manufacturing—when customers confirm the mould design, we will move to the next stage, we start to manufacturing moulds.
5. Mould inspection—the last stage is mould inspection, as soon as the moulds finished, we will inspect the mould, our company has our own inspection center to ensure everything is ok with the mould.
