It is well known that a reasonable die-castingmould gating system plays an important role in die-casting mould design and die-casting molding solution. Before starting a die-casting mould project, the mould designers need to consider goodgating system, optimal cooling system, and air venting system and so on. 1.Spruegating: The size of sprue gating depends on the die-casting product structureand weight, and the function of sprue gating is good for pressure force andmetal liquid fulfilling balance.

2.Crossgate: this part start from the end of the sprue gating to the top of flow gate.It leads for the metal liquid and to guarantee the liquid flowing.

3.Flowgate: It needs to ensure the metal liquid to fulfill the cavity with optimalflowing. The position and direction of flow gate is very important and it decidesthe sequence of metal liquid fulfilling the cavity.
