For the plastic bread crate mould, we have the customer from all over the world, such as Brazil, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Spain and so on. The bread crate size with 680*580*120mm or similar dimension. Usually the bread crates design with big distance holes and strong ribs, it is suitable for supporting the bread weight and the bread would not fall down from the holes. We use 718H or other good steel material for the mould core, cavity and sliders, some location which is narrow we would add Cu-Be for better cooling. The mould running cycle time could be controlled within 40s.
