Maybe the temperature of barrel and nozzle is a little low, injection pressure is too low, injection speed set is too slow, injection time is too short, if they are not the reason for this problem, then it maybe the mould air venting is not good, or the gate is too small.
2, Flash
This is normal problem for the injection production. We will consider if the barrel or nozzle temperature is too high? Injection pressure is too big? The clamping force is not enough? Or maybe the parting line is not so good.
3. Sliver
If the material is dry enough or not, or maybe the material temperature is too high and the material quality is not so good, so it cause the decompose air. Then the air makes the sliver. If they are not, we open more air venting.
4. Melting line
It mostly happens in the multi-holes area.
If happen this problem, we need to think if the material temperature is low and flow ability is bad, or the injection pressure is low, the mould temperature is low. Maybe also the air venting problem, we need to open more air venting.
5.Mold sticking
The reason could be too high injection pressure and too long injection time. if they are not, mold temperature is high? If it is the mold problem, then we need to see if the mold draft is small, so it is not easy get out from the mould, or the ejector place is not suitable?
